The Implications of the Parliament Act for Freedom of Speech
Mr Bean says the legislation will inhibit freedom to speak in any way satirically or humorously about Islam. Mr Bean: People who are thinking strategically can use freedoms of a free society to limit those freedoms and ultimately to use those freedoms for their own agendas.
