How Will the Lunar Gateway Change Robotic Space Exploration?
The lunar gateway is the new space station that nassa is building. It's going to serve as a base of operations for astronauts to be able to come and go from the moon. And once you've got that lunar gateway in place, makes future missions to the moon a lot easier to do. I think it will have an impact on giving astronauts a platform to control robots remotely, safely and yet very effectively. We can see the same thing a station on phobos would do too. You would have an astronaut up in phobos controlling rowbots down the surface of mars. It would be pretty cool.
