China's Interdependence on Ship Production Is a Big Question

There's no question that we are mutually dependent on each other right now. It is possible that they would be more actively supporting them if not for concerns about jeopardizing chip supply chain. I think there is growing appetite in the united states to really have a more robust de coupling, for lack of a better word, particularly on non commodity type chips.
