I think expectations are a lot with a book, which is interesting if you're reading a book every two weeks or every week. This is why I advocate for reading introductions so much. The introduction is just because they lay their groundwork for what you're getting ready to get into. Like they adjust your expectations to what the rest of the book is going to be like. And to me, that's really important.
