Cooking at home has suffered terribly in the last two three generations. I think, for me, workable recipes are important but it's also being able to keep hold of those recipes so that they don't disappear. That's what you've all done. You've made Ukrainian food a live part of British food - especially since Russia invaded Ukraine. It's such a normal thing for people to get tired of war, you know, war is hard to experience. So we thought, what's the best way for people not to forget? And I think when you make a dish, you can just imagine yourself,. you know, being a Ukrainian and thinking of Ukrainian families that have shared that dish
