Ukraine's Reconstruction Will Cost at Least $411 Billion Over the Next 10 Years

Guterres traveled to Brussels on Thursday in an effort to secure an agreement with European diplomats to lift sanctions on Belarus's fertilizer. Brazil and West African countries are some of the nations which depend most on Belarus for fertilizer. And then there's also the issue of the Russian grain and fertilizer. Russia is not happy with the West's efforts to facilitate those shipments and they're threatening to scrap the grain deal that they just extended.
