The History of Amul Dairy

In 1954 the first step towards the diversification of Amul's products began. Cheese, paneer, buttermilk, flavored shakes and ice creams were a perfect fit for the dairy company. In FY19 to FY20, these value added products actually contributed to 45% of its revenues.
