How to Eat a Clean Omnivore Diet

I eat a clean omnivore diet that is very flexitarian. I don't eat gluten, but I'll have gluten free cookies like my mother-in-law just made me these cinnamon raisin gluten free cookies that are so freaking good and there's no shame in it. Don't beat yourself up. Like eat the cookie and move on. So yeah, that's what I do. I have a sauna. I love my friends sauna. But I will do like a harder workout probably four or five times a week which involves weight training, resistance training, picking up heavy things. And I do cycling too a few days a week.
