The Differences in Reports in the Military
The problem for me is that in the military, the idea of the gender part of the recruiting and retention problem doesn't have any urgency. The point about getting our gender policies right is we increase military capability as a result. If the entirety of the Astra report in the UK got implemented, with that be the end of the problem, would we be in a good place? Right. We'll be in a better place for sure. I'm not sure we could be in a worse place, though, could we? No, but we have been in a much, much better place. It's only really the last five years where actually women's voices are being listened to and acted upon
