When the French Revolution broke out in 1789, Joseph Fusche got rid of his casa and became a revolutionary. In 1792, the town of Nantes elected Fusche to be its representative to the National Convention. After Robespierre's death, he played his most unexpected move: He led the conspiracy that put him behind bars.
