think as we talk through that episode our beef with cooking Gisoo and I just you know off podcast we often ask each other about like Oh, what do you do with this or like how do you upcycle these things or is this recyclable or something like that? And I think that kind of sparked the idea behind this episode and Just to clarify we're definitely not claiming to be like pros at this or anything Just we just wanted to share some of the tips that we've been picking up some things that we've Learned to do that can hopefully encourage other people to take steps in this direction As well so that we can all kind of live a more sustainable life

definitely resonate with that And I think like one of the things I've learned in the past couple of years, especially is rather than you know Judging or shaming someone for picking up different habits, you know when they were growing up I think encouraging and supporting even a moderate lifestyle is just like so much more effective and encouraging to Enact change on an individual level although of course it can't all be solved individually, but we couldn't get into that more later and Yeah, just something like important to always remember Yeah, that's a good point so one of the things that I feel like is the most difficult for myself is I guess on the cycle of like Sustainability right the classic phrase is reduce reuse recycle and for me for some reason reduce feels like the Hardest the most difficult part of the whole cycle. I don't know what it is Specifically I find it really difficult to reduce Food waste and it's something that I've been trying to be a little bit more mindful of when I go shopping for groceries for example because I feel like when I grocery shop when I'm hungry I just like envision all like this entire elaborate meal plan and buy like enough groceries for like a family of four and then of course James and I we cook for ourselves, but at the same time, you know when we're busy It's like you just get takeout and it's easy So something I've been really struggling with is like how do I tapered down my grocery list so that I'm buying just enough for myself to eat? Have you guys ever had any like similar struggles like that?
