The Third Level of Leadership - Building Leaders

When your team sees that you're an indecisive leader, they begin to wonder, why am I working for this person? And make no mistake about it. You can fire people and you can. But only attracting high performers happens when you become a high performer. The third level of leadership is when you can teach your leaders to build leaders. Not every single one of us are born as factory installed leaders. There might be one or two generals in the history of time that had this like factory installed ability to be great leaders. We have to develop our leadership muscles.
