I would say our program probably has about 10% males and 90% women right now. What we essentially did was take kind of hypertrophy principles, which are a lot friendlier to hormones than doing CrossFit workouts. So it's not just a matter of, you know, I'm going to work out for my hour or 75 minutes, five days a week. But these people that are super in deep in the CrossFit world are training three, four times a day for an hour to two hours each time. And their bodies just aren't recovering from it anymore.
