The Importance of TypeScript in JavaScript
In TypeScript, you're not complicating or slowing down the code that goes into the browser. Not anymore than doing like exhaustive type checks requires you. And I could also theoretically argue that in a certain extent it can actually make your code faster. So yes, we are happy, but there are still some stuff we'd like to do.
