The Importance of Mentorship in Companies
Mentorship in companies to do. Strategically having programs to do mentorship, but also like just picking up what's happening in a company,. Just from sitting next to somebody is I think very important. The biggest misconception that new new employees in the workforce or recent graduates make is that they all want to go work at startups and small businesses. They don't have time. Like everybody's running around with their heads cut off right trying to do six different jobs. It's all growth growth growth.
