How to Compete With Emerging Franchises

A lot of emerging brands are trying to give bigger territories and they try to have lower fees. But what they're actually doing is attracting a lower end buyer. It's kind of a two-edged sword, I think. And then you're getting the wrong franchise owners paying a little bit of money not making very much at all.
