The Importance of Listening to Your Community

I think in tech, especially because, as Tom can tell us a lot more about than me, there's always competing priorities. But I do think making them feel heard when something else is a higher priority is kind of key. We try to be honest with them too and say, Hey, you know, thank you for submitting this. It's just not high on the list, but we'll keep it in mind. And then we say. This, this came out because of the, because of the users or our community. So I think that helps too. like it.
