The National Defense Strategy Does Not Mention Al Shabaab or Somalia by Name

The national defense strategy that was just released by the Pentagon, it does not mention Al Shabaab or Somalia by name. It only mentions Al Qaeda and ISIS one time saying that the groups and their affiliates have had their capabilities degraded but may also be able to reconstitute them in short order.
