Wittgenstein is the anti-philosopher, writes about what we can't know without grappling with what it means to know something. He's completely at odds in so many ways with all other philosophers and their philosophies because he's talking about concretes. You open up random pages in his books or papers and he's writing about what Darwin or Einstein did,. Newton and Descartes were considering; Dirac, Faraday, Plank, Pythagoras, Plato, Ptolemy. It's like a scientist of the history of ideas, a scientist of knowledge.
