Introduction

mike montero and eric hall started a design shop ten years ago. They were naive enough to think they could run the business better than their clients. Neither of them really had enough business experience to be running a company. We ended up leaving a lot of money on the table by not negotiating contracts properly. But since we're still here and we're doing pretty well, i think we've learnt. That's the title of our talk to day - f pame.
