The Econ Project: A Brief History

In the beginning, it was knocking on doors. By the 90s, we were doing everything or most things by telephone. We have what we call Caddy, which is a computer-assisted telephone interviewing. And just starting in 2021, we started on the web. So some people were very excited about that while others really just wanted to stick with the phone and do some face-to-face interviews.
