The Effects of Amino Acids on Cognitive Function

As you get fatigued that the brand chain of amino acids are oxidized at a faster rate during intensive long-term exercise. The dopamine level drops relative to the serotonin and you your brain tells you you're tired even though your muscles may still have something left. This will restore the balance between dopamine and serotonin which not only will help for long exercise but it will actually give you greater cognitive capacity and kind of enthusiasm for getting started with workout as well. very interesting to think that you can create different amino acid mixtures for very specific thingssomething like um methionine  which sounds as if it's a methionine restriction which would model a say vegan style diet.
