The Importance of Focusing on the Minimum Action

For some of us, just the word goal fills us with negative emotion. So maybe for you, it's much more productive to focus on the bare minimum action that helps you reach a goal rather than the actual goal. For example, if your goal is to find a relationship, but that just seems so dread-filled and overwhelming, you could flip it andFocus on the action or what I call the task, the doing, rather than the goal. And then when you're not successful, ask yourself: What decreased your productivity?
