A physician named doctor dug mc guff was using this form of very, very slow training to rehab and allow his cardy ovascular patients,. to be ta train without undue stress on the heart. You can do it with free weights, ouun it with machines, unet with bands. And you only need do it, like, one or two times a week. It's amazing. So see, im, i'm a huge faund the super slow man.
