The Negative Effects of the Carnivore Diet

There are several things that are bad about the standard American diet. They're inflammatory and they're high in carbohydrates, full of naturally occurring or added sugar. Or they've got vegetable seed oils, which human beings have only been eating for the last 100 years. I think we're seeing the results of that experiment with obesity, fatty liver, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes. Some people should dip their toe into low carb and try to keep their total carbohydrates under 100 total grams of carbs a day.
