Bishops Speaking in Public, and That Makes a Big Difference

There's a cadre of bishops who I think stand up to speak prophetically, and sometimes that's not what we'll receive now. One of the most sort of powerful exchanges among bishops that I have seen in a long time is in 2018 when the vote on the thing was canceled. And it communicated to me sitting in the room a more serious intention than any policy they could possibly have passed with unanimous consent. It does honestly seem to me that if I were a bishop and the thing, and I read this, the number one thing that I think I would do would be to prioritize in my schedule in every Deenery.
