The Cold War 2.0 Scenario

I argue that we are already in a Cold War 2.0 scenario, and the war by Russia against Ukraine has been the manifestation of it. Neither United States nor China nor Russia are interested in a direct confrontation with each other. I see low probability for a direct military confrontation. That means World War III. But maybe let's end with some good news, I mean, at least from the right from my assessment and my scenarios, is that I see a low probability for the use of tactical nuclear weapons. All right.
