If you install that stupid ab or a stupid game on the phone that you never play, that ab is going to be a point of vulnerability on your phone. You don't want to put all your xs into one basket and spread out so far that you have too many aps on your phone from too many projects and organizations behind it. A lot of these aps are using softer development cas which is basically just a bunch of code,. again, that the ap developers are using from someone else - usually something like facebook or something.
