At least 35 people were seriously injured from ingesting Paraquat from their drinks. No witnesses know anything to really go off of other than the people who went to certain vending machines and when they passed. In pretty much all of these cases, a drink was left on the vending machine or in the slot. And these are trusting individuals going, "Well, I was going to get a drink and there's one right here"
