How to Create Momentum in a Company

Even if you don't start your own business you can still do this within the walls of your current career. This sometimes gives the courage for people to ask for a raise or go for that promotion and maybe where they've been just kind of complacent in their role. You know what I would layer on to what you're saying is when you take quiet time to do that listen and trust your gut. Sometimes even if you bring something to the table maybe it isn't that idea but that will spark a discussion that everyone's too scared to start.
