How to Define Localism?
Localism for us always comes about putting the community as a political or economic system first as an entity in itself so it sort of came from there and we expanded out from there. We would argue that it is definitely about having power form as be bottomed up as opposed to top down. A nation is nothing but a community of communities so which is very much a sort of a Peter Cropotkin type idea but you know it is only going to be the sum of its parts, he says.
