What Is He Doing to Day?
There has to be a reason that people can grab on to why we're doing this. And he didn't really do that to day in the set of remarks. Like i think there is an argument for a prime time address on this. But you now, watching the statement to day, it did sound a little bit like it came directly out of the inter agency process. It was written by a lot of state department bureaucrats.
