Start writing in your own repository, whether it's your own SharePoint or a call. And if you can definitely track how many people from your company are using it, because this is a tool that you can go back to your manager or boss and say, look, I built this thing on my own, do with my own time,. A perfect way to refine your work image. You have to only commit to the things that you can accomplish, especially when you're throwing out new ideas like wanting to take different directions. There's no such thing as being able to turn down an opportunity for growth at Microsoft.
