The Importance of Strategic VD

I would have like concentrated my business development strategy or more what I'd call strategic PD going after more volume clients. It's difficult in that first year because it was terrible. But looking back there, I made so many mistakes that I then learned for the future. We're aiming to get each salesperson's aiming to get one to two of those per year. If you if I've got eight people sales people in I'm sorry four sales people in my team, we're bringing on eight PSLs per year. That's going to enable us to grow going forward.
