Kylo: The UK government came out with a mini budget, which was tax cuts and a lot of spending. Kylo: Markets did not like that because we're all in the middle of an inflationary crisis. He says Bank of England intervened to try and stop the free fall by buying long-term British bonds. "I find it thrilling that something incredibly boring as liability driven investing could cause this much carnage," he says.
