Are There Any Laws to Crack Down on Russian Money?

There has been some scrambling, some catching up lately to crack down on russian oligarchs. The conventional wisdom is at money landering and in ill gotten gains get hidden in offshore accounts abroad. But in reality, states like south dakota have become premier global tax haven. Why does that have to be at all legal in our country for any reason? I think it's really time now to end all those practices,. not just in the united states, but in europe a ad and, and, you know, really in all democracies.
