The Future of Radiology Training
The importance of independent call, or having as much independent call as possible. A lot of programms have moved away for legal liability reasons. Do you think that really making independent decisions is ultimately what a radiology training programm is for? I don't it's going to go back. And i think there is an argument for supervised call in particular, just because it makes the throughput in the r faster. We need to do a better job of evaluating the true work of a resident during the day and do aBetter job of leveraging the incredible breadth of radiology available on line and in our packs.
