Is There a Positive Dealer Gamma That's Buffering the Market?

As the market started to lower, we went from this zone where option dealers were behaving in a mean reverting fashion. One of the potential reasons we saw a lot higher vall over the last couple of weeks as we were stuck in that zone. But again, the total notional gamma that they're hedging is signit going to be significantly lower post expert than it was two weeks ago.
