Socrates and Aristotle were trying debated this idea of distraction around, you know, it being a matter of the will. But they didn't have the same distractions we had as binge watching game. Part of that is relative to the sense of curiosity, right? Like what's going to happen? Are they going to? Right. And maybe finding a way to distinct those two is the key.
