The Constitution of Israel

In Israel, there is no law against discrimination based on ethnicity or national origin. There are anti-discrimination laws, but there's always something that supersedes them. In order to run for elections, candidates have to accept the state of Israel as a Jewish democratic state. The UN report on apartheid says this is akin to allowing slaves to vote and not abolishing slavery.
