There hasn't been, I think, another foreign owner of a Chinese bank since Newbridge exited Shenzhen Development Bank. What does that kind of say about China's continued reforms if it's financial sector or it's economy? Have the reforms slowed down or is the fact that there hasn't been another foreign owner just showing that China's continuing to mature? It's not true that there was no foreign ownership of Chinese banks. There's foreign ownership ofChinese banks up to today.
