Chat GPT is a phenomenal tool for grabbing information, but going and using it within a customer decision, it's far too early days. The advantages of the technology is, you know, maybe an analogy. I like to think about Mad Libs. So these are really good at taking information and putting in a format that human beings can understand. But I think it's going to be really around what are the use cases that are safe; we need control on top of it.
