Dollar General is like, their exteriors are so nice. This is not nearly as rural as like Amazon's coming to my house every day. They really have a real estate division that is world class. And of course, it's certainly applicable to have those discussions and think about that. But I think you can also start from the perspective of filtering for the business has to pass a certain bar.
