The First Amendment Rights of Young People
There is a different order of state control over what children have access to and can see than adults. The Communications Decency Act was passed, it had restrictions on adult content online in the absence of controls such as age verification. And that was struck down by the Supreme Court not because kids had a right to receive adult content.
