Mastenia gravis is an autoimmune disease where antibiotics are made against acetylcholine receptors in the post-synaptic neuromuscular junction. The fundamental feature of a mast in a crisis will be respiratory insufficiency, defined as need for non-vivisoventilation or intubation.
