The way that your teams are set up will reflect in the way that the software is architected and built. What the system you are able to build and deliver looks more like the structures you have in the organization than whatever sort of idealized architecture you designed in the beginning. It's not a one-to-one relationship, but we cannot expect to build some system architecture without thinking of which team structures and communication makes sense to make that happen.
