The Story of My Return to St. Louis

A, i was actually a missouri lutheran for about 12 years. I had always been attracted to this idea that the church would help a person grow in holiness. But there was just no sense that one becomes more like jesus over the course of one's life. And so i just read the en book of concord, ah, all the lutheran confessional documents and then the entire catholic catechism. The whole thing just left me cold after going through all these arguments and arguing with different people about denominational stuff. Then i walk into my first orthodox liturgy, and, ah, i feel the palpable presence of immediately.
