What to Do if You Have a Bradycardia

Atropine's an anti-muscarinic and essentially it inhibits vagal action. By doing this it cuts that parasympathetic influence on the SA and AV nodes. Atropine should also be used cautiously when you've got the presence of something like myocardial ischemia or MI. Isoprenaline is a non selective beta agonist and therefore increases your cardiac output by both increasing the rate and contractility. It should work in AV blocks and adrenaline we know a little bit about this thing.
