The Rise of Trump, Is It a Good Thing?

i thought the rise of trump led to this level, new level of engagement with all these issues. And that would be a good thing. But i think it's bad that we have an uninformed electorate and that people are disengaged. The fact that politics is so important to people,. the fact that their identity is wrapped up in it,  is a sign of real disfunction.
