The number of breakdowns in the hirisk area has dropped dramatically. The main reason for that is the wild life control, or the culling. There are academics who don't think that's why the disease rate has dropped. But you've only got to speak to people on the ground where they were constantly getting breakdown after breakdown,. because it was circulating in the wild life and there was nothing they could do about it. Hopefully now they've sorted that. They've moved it out of the wild life, the wild life is rebuilding, and they move forward. And we mustn't forget what happens on farm as well - whether that's a far more sensible and precautionary approach to
